This resource is intended to be a clearinghouse and source for the latest information regarding a new class of tools to better understand groundwater fate and transport of recalcitrant chemicals in groundwater. The new tools - some available commercially, others in development - are helping owners, practitioners, and regulators understand soil and groundwater problems in a way not previously seen in the environmental practice.
